The whole production process from raw materials to finished products, from design to manufacturing, is produced in accordance with national standards. The main production: spherical roller bearings, insert bearings, housings, deep groove ball bearings, adapter sleeves, cylindrical roller bearings and so on.

Product Description

Roller bearing
Roller bearings are divided into spherical roller bearings, thrust spherical roller bearings, tapered roller and cylindrical roller bearings, etc.They have the advantages of small torque required for starting, high rotation, and convenient selection. The materials used in roller bearings are divided into bearing steel Gcr15, carbon steel, stainless steel, plastic, ceramics, etc.

Adapter sleeves
The accessories of roller bearings are mainly adapter sleeves. The taper design of the bearing ring is to facilitate installation and disassembly, improve efficiency and reduce mechanical maintenance costs.

Housing
Bearing seats are mainly divided into outer spherical bearing seats, such as vertical seat (P), square seat (F), boss square seat (FS), boss circular seat (FC), CZPT seat (FL), ring seat (C), slider seat( T) and other series; some bearing seats, such as SN2, 3, 5, 6 series and SNL2 series.

Insert Ball Bearing/Pillow block ball bearing
Insert ball bearings are actually a variant of deep groove ball bearings.The outer spherical bearing is mainly put into the corresponding bearing seat to run together.Therefore, there are many types of bearing housings to suit different machines. We have the following types of seat to choose from, such as UCP,UCF,UCFL,UCFC,UCC,UCT.There are also different materials to choose from, such as bearing steel, stainless steel, plastic, etc.

Ball bearing
Ball bearings are divided into deep groove ball bearings, self-aligning ball bearings, angular contact ball bearings, and thrust ball bearings.
